Inspired ideas

LemonAid Fund is excited about an inspired idea that we believe can take individual efforts, multiply them monthly, and give momentum to a movement of people worldwide whom Take Inspired Action – Turn “Lemons” into “LemonAid”. This idea builds on LemonAid Fund’s believes, which when put into action, aid more individuals in their efforts to achieve positive and lasting change. Find out how you can join this effort info@lemonaidfund.org.
Marissa took inspired action and is making a difference. Growing up in Highland Park, I have never met anyone who does not have enough to eat or shoes to wear. It seems difficult for me to believe that there is a place where almost no one who is born there can expect to live to the age of my grandpa. I feel so helpless and wish I could help the children born into such extreme poverty. That is why I was really impressed when my friend's mom told us about Dr. Nancy Peddle. She went to school in Highland Park just like I do. Dr. Peddle is not helpless. She went to Sierra Leone to help some of the poorest children and their families. She is helping many poor people make their own lives better. I really like the idea that LemonAid Fund helps people that have been given mostly lemons in life to turn the lemons into lemonade. That is why I decided to try to do what I could to support this charity. I am asking everyone invited to my Bat Mitzvah celebration not to give me a gift. I have enough food, shoes and everything else. I am asking guests to instead contribute to the LemonAid Fund. It feels great to think that I can do something for people who need it the most.
SO write to us and tell us about how YOU Took Inspired Action - Turned lemons into LemonAid at info@lemonaidfund.org. Let us tell your STORY!
